Introduction: DIY: Water Drinking Schedule
Stay healthy by creating a water drinking schedule at work. All it takes is a few office products! Either follow the steps below or watch our video here.
Step 1: Gather Supplies
To create your water drinking schedule, you'll need the following materials.
- Tape
- Scissors
- Marker
- Clear Water Bottle (It needs to be clear so you can see how much you need to drink.)
Step 2: Cut Tape & Place on Bottle
Cut your tape into three pieces. Place the tape on your water bottle evenly (like pictured).
Step 3: Label Tape
Label the tape with your marker. Make sure to drink your water at the following times in the order shown.
- Drink water to the bottom of the 1st tapeline by 8 AM
- Drink water to the bottom of the 2nd tapeline by 9 AM
- Finish all the water by 11 AM
Happy hydrating! If you feel you need more water throughout the day, create a second water bottle for the afternoon work shift.
