A flat chain, with the colorful threads or suede cords woven through each link, has been popping up here and there at present. We usually name such a chain and suede bracelet: woven chain bracelet. Here, I also add the leather cord to make it a more textured and substantial feel.

Step 1: You'll Need:

4mm Pink Suede Cord

Leather Cord (White & Black)

Chain

Bracelet Clasp - Lobster Claw Clasp

Sewing Thread

Needle

Wire Cutter Pliers

Scissors

Step 2:

Measure a chain around your wrist.

Take the prepared black leather cord and pink suede cord. Sew one end of them together.

Step 3:

Start to weave the suede cord through the chain links to wrap the black leather cord.

Step 4:

When finished the last link, sew the two cords together as did at beginning.

Step 5:

Take the white leather cord and another pink suede cord. Repeat the same procedures above at the other side of chain.

Step 6:

Remove the excess leather and suede cords.

Step 7:

Attach the clasp at ends.
