DIY Black Light and Fluorescent Substance

lets make fluorescence at our house

Step 1:

BLACK LIGHT

here i have just took a piece of transparent blue sheet and taped on the flash light of my mobile phone

Step 2:

FLUORESCENT LIQUID

here, i just took an old highlighter and remover its cartridge. then i just soaked it in water and heated the mixture to concentrate it.

and when exposed to black light, it just glows !!!!!!
