it just astonishes me that instructables lets anything take up their bandwidth.
this gives little to no information on the construction of this item. please give instructions using google translator (or one you prefer) and an itemized list of materials including the size pvc pipe you are using (and your location because that size may not be available in other countries.)

How did you go from step 2 to 3 to 4?

First step, cutting the PVC, I used the DREMEL
Second step, the model PVC with a heat gun
Third step, assemble all pieces with simple screws
Fourth step, sand and paint the PVC
