Supplies

Step 1: What Is Reversed Latte Art?

Latte art is a method of preparing coffee created by pouring microfoam into a shot of espresso and resulting in a pattern or design on the surface of the latte.

In contrast, Dalgona Coffee is making the coffee solution become finely textured (some sort of microfoam) and then pouring milk into it. Different pouring method can make unique art pieces. I call it Reversed Latte Art.

The out come is very different with Latte Art, it is more like an embossed pattern.
