Introduction: Delicious Healthy Pancakes
This is a easy healthy recipe that is based on bananas and eggs.
Step 1: How to Make Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 Ripe banana's
5 Eggs
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour or all-porous flour (optional)
1 TSP Vanilla or Almond extract (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a blender till smooth
Next get a frying pan, put some oil on it and cook up your pancakes. There's no need to add any syrup it taste's fine how it is (I used honey).

I make these all the time, however I have a slightly different recipe.
I use 1 ripe banana, 1 large egg, 1 cup of Bisquick, and a ¼ cup of milk.
Combine the ingredients, heat up the skillet and cook up 4 delicious pancakes; …top with fruit, maple syrup and if you really decadent a little whip cream. Enjoy!

Well this recipe is healthy and that's why I really like it. Also if you are going to make this recipe you can also make crepes out of it, by using 2 bananas and 2 eggs and it works fine as crepes

Looks Yummy! Nicely presented. Will try it. Also going to use make the switch away from sugars to honey. This is my next pursuit... getting a batch of easy healthy recipes together.
