Introduction: Delicious Yeast-Less Pizza
Craving some late night pizza? So you go downstairs to get the ingredients, but find out you have no yeast!! Don’t worry this recipe is delicious, perfectly crispy, and a great late night snack! Not to mention no yeast is required!!
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup water + 3 tablespoons (add more if needed)
1 tablespoon olive oil (additionally two more if wanted for pizza crust)
Pizza sauce of your liking
Any extra delicious toppings!
2 bowls and 1 cooking tray
Step 1: Double Checking :)
Make sure you have all the needed ingredients and supplies to make this delicious pizza!
Step 2: Adding the Dry Ingredients
Sift together your flour, baking powder, and salt all together in a medium sized bowl. Wisk together in a bowl.
Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients Together
Pour water and oil together into a small sized bowl. Then whisk together.
Step 4: Combining It All
Slowly add the water/oil mixture to the dry ingredients!
Step 5: Create a Workspace
You are going to want to lightly flour your workspace, rolling pin, and pizza dough. Roll it out until it’s roughly 12 in by 12 in!
Step 6: Add Your Toppings
I personally add a little bit of olive oil for an extra crunch! Then, apply your sauce, cheese, extra toppings, and spices as you want too!!
Step 7: Baking Time!!
Put your pizza on your baking tray and cook it in the oven for 13-15 minutes!! Enjoy :)
