Step 1: Tools and Equipment Needed

A circular saw or reciprocating saw

A orbital power sand/angle grinder with sanding wheel

A corded or cordless drill/driver

A 4 inch x 12 inch 1/2 inch piece of plywood

Two 4 inch x 4 inch x 4 inch blocks of wood

4 small 3/8 inch plastic dowels

Paint color of your choice

Step 2: Cutting

Cut the 4 inch x 4 inch piece of wood into designated size on Step 1

Cut piece of 1/2 inch piece of plywood into designated size on Step 1

Drill holes through 4 inch x 4 inch x 4 inch blocks of wood

Fasten blocks of wood onto piece of 1/2 inch plywood

Drill 3/8 inch holes for plastic dowels

Put 3/8 inch dowels into proper holes

Sand all edges with a power sander

Use sandpaper to sand on the inside of each cup

Next with paint color of your choice paint top and sides

Once dried paint the bottom

Once that has dried use a second coat of paint to fill any missed spots
