Introduction: Dice Tower for Laser

這是一個可以防止作弊的骰塔。

可以用來擲骰子,可以用來玩一些需要擲骰子的桌遊。

你可以使用雷射切割機來切割2MM或3MM的板材來完成此項目。

This is a dice tower that can prevent cheating.
Can be used to roll dice, can be used to play some board games that need to roll dice. You can use laser cutting machine to cut 2MM or 3MM sheet to complete this project.

Step 1: 開啟CAD檔案,轉成雷射切割機的檔案 Open File Into Your Laser Software

首先開始CAD檔案(DXF)轉成雷射切割機能讀取的檔案

因為每家機器轉檔方式不同,此部分依照自己的機器為主

此檔案為2mm板材使用。板材本身也有公差,雷射切割機切割時也有公差。

此檔案適用的板材厚度約為1.9mm-2.1mm

請注意共2個檔案,預設為20*30cm*2mm的板材

First, the CAD file (DXF) is converted into a file that can be read by the laser cutting machine

Because each machine transfers files differently, this part is based on your own machine

This file is for 2mm plates. The sheet itself also has tolerances, as does the laser cutting machine.

The plate thickness applicable to this file is about 1.9mm-2.1mm Please note a total of 2 files, the default is 20 * 30cm * 2mm sheet

Step 2: 如果需要調整檔案 Modify If You Need

如果要使用2mm板材厚度的話,請使用"骰塔1.4_2mm.dxf"這份檔案

如果要使用3mm板材厚度的話,請使用"骰塔1.4_3mm.dxf"這份檔案

如果你需要使用板材都沒有上述的厚度,請使用CAD軟體(如:AUTOCAD)修改檔案,將圖片中1.95的地方全部改為你需要的厚度即可。

If you want to use 2mm plate thickness, please use the file "Dita 1.4_2mm.dxf"

If you want to use 3mm plate thickness, please use the file "Dita 1.4_3mm.dxf"

If you need to use the plate without the above thickness, please use CAD software (such as AUTOCAD) to modify the file, and change all the 1.95 places in the picture to the thickness you need.

Step 3: 將檔案與板材放入雷切機 Put Board Into Your Laser Machine

將檔案輸入至你的雷射切割機,並在機器中放入你要切割的板材。

因每家的機器皆有不同的使用方式與習慣,在此略過。

以我自己來說,我使用FLUX的Beambox來做這份骰塔。

Input the file to your laser cutting machine, and put the board you want to cut into the machine.

Because each machine has different usage and habits, it is skipped here. For myself, I use FLUX's Beambox to make this dice tower.

Step 4: 開始切割 Begin Cutting

開下開始切割的按鈕後,機器即開始進行切割。

切好後拿出來開始組裝。

After the button to start cutting is turned on, the machine starts cutting.
Cut it out and start assembling.

Step 5: 組裝 Assemble

開始組裝。

請將切下來的板子組裝成圖片上的樣子即可,因過程簡單而省略。

請注意,總共有7個零件

4個小板子

1個中板子

如果組裝過程發生無法卡入的狀況,請不要硬裝,請用尺確認板材厚度與凹槽的寬度,並重新調整檔案組裝部分的尺寸後重新切割和組裝。

Start assembly.

Please assemble the cut board as shown in the picture, and it is omitted because the process is simple. Please note that there are 7 parts in total 2 side L-shaped boards 4 small boards 1 medium board If there is a situation that cannot be snapped in during the assembly process, please do not install it hard. Please use a ruler to confirm the thickness of the plate and the width of the groove, and re-adjust the size of the assembly part of the file and then cut and assemble again.
