I made dinosaur earrings using Tinkercad and had them printed in gold through Shapeways.

Step 1: Tinkercad: Scribble

Inside Tinkercad, I created a new project.

I went to the shapes on the right and selected "Scribble."

In the window that popped up, I scribbled a dinosaur.

Step 2: Tinkercad: Post

Once I was satisfied with scribbling, I resized the dinosaur to my desired dimensions and then extruded it to about 2mm. After that I created a cylinder to be the post. I got the dimensions from other earrings and by using a pair of calipers.

I centered the cylinder to the dinosaur and grouped the objects together. Once that was done, I copied and pasted it to create a second earring. I rotated the copy and ungrouped it from its post. I dragged the post through to the other side to make an inverted copy. Now I have a pair of dinosaur earrings facing each other.

Step 3: Printing/Ordering

I exported the file from Tinkercad and sent it to my SLA printer to test if it would print and see if the dimensions were what I really wanted. Once I was done resizing everything, I sent it off to Shapeways to print. They also have minimum sizing requirements to print, so keep that in mind as well.

I had the earrings printed in their gold plated brass. I ordered the earring backings off of Amazon.
