You can see how I made this coat hanger,because I bought industrial one and was not strong enough.

Supplies

18cm pieces of flt steel 3cm

Step 1: Making Metalic Hangers

you can see here how I made,step by step hangers from flat steel 18cm lenght of 1 piece.

from left to right the steps to final cut.

Step 2: Apply the Rust Protection

Before insulating the hangers, their surface must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt and rust, treated with degreasing compound, apply a primer coat.

Step 3: Paint the Hangers

after the protection layer is dryed,I painted with black for contrast with the wood.

Step 4: Fix the Hangers

fix the hangers at the same distance,20cm in my case.

Step 5: Final Result

I secured the wood from the wall and now is waiting for the clothes :)
