Diy Kawaii Mason Jar Pen Holders (Room Decor for Beginnners!)

Hi everyone!! Today, I'm going to show you how to make these super easy and cute Kawaii Mason Jar Pen Holders! These are the perfect thing to spice up your desk, and store supplies at the same time. Let's get started!

Supplies

- Acrylic Paint (White, Pink, Purple, Blue Yellow,Black)

- Brushes (Big flat brush, small detail brush)

- 4 mason jars

Step 1: Painting

1. Using the large flat brush, paint your jars with 2 coats of paint. For each jar, make sure you mix your paint color with white so you can get a pastel type of color. I did this with yellow, blue, pink, and purple to make them pastel colors.

Step 2: Details

2. Now it's time for the most fun part! With a pencil, lightly sketch out the faces with a pencil as shown in the picture above.

3. Fill it in with black paint using your detail brush and leave it to dry before continuing.

4. Now, add in white dots of highlights using white paint in the inner left corner of the eyes. Lastly, with a bit of pink paint (not pastel), add little dots of blush next to the eyes and mouth.

5. After letting everything dry, Spray the jars with a bit of clear gloss spray. This prevents any chips in the jars, and gives them a shiny finish.

Step 3: Finished Product

You're done! This is a super quick and easy diy idea for room decor, and is also pretty inexpensive as well. It is something anyone can do, and it is a very enjoyable too! You can put your makeup brushes, markers, tools, or paintbrushes in these holders. They look amazing on my desk, and I want to make even more colors now!
