Hello everyone. In this instructable, I'm going to show you how to make miniature knife. It is very small, but very sharp. Watch the video so you can get more information about this project. The best thing is you only need very few equipments in this project. So, let's start.

Step 1: Things That You Need

In this project, we are not going to use any special equipment. We only use few things that you can easily found from your home. Here are the thingsthat you need....

A paper cutter
A pair of scissors
A BBQ stick
Razor blade
Steel epoxy glue

We only need one bbq stick. If you can'tfind it, don't worry. Use any other little piece of wood instead of it. Epoxy glue can be found in hardware stores.

Step 2: The Blade

first get the razor blade. Then fold it and break down to two pieces. We only need on piece. So get one piece. In the razor blade, the company has printed their trademark and some information. We don't need them. So get a piece of sand paper and remove it. Use grit size up to 2000. Therefore it will not damage your razor blade.

Step 3: Draw and Cut the Blade

Now draw the shape of the knife blade. See the picture. It will help you. Or you can decide your own shape. That's your choice. Then use a pair of scissors to cut it. Be careful! Razor blades are very sharp. And also be careful not to damage the sharpness of your blade.

Step 4: The Handle

To make the handle, we are using a bbq stick. First get your bbq stick and make it flat using the paper cutter. Then cut two pieces to handle. (see pictures) Now we are going to glue them together. Mix equal amounts from each tube of glue. Then apply on the handle pieces and glue them together. Apply a little force, so the will bond well. Now keep it to dry.

Step 5: Finishing

We have almost done. Now we are going to finish the project. Use a sand paper and remove unwanted parts of the handle and make the shape of the handle. I used 120 grit size to do this. Then apply little amount of minaral oil on the handle. It will give natural color for the knife handle. Then apply a coat of a transparent color nail polish. So now we have made our miniature knife.
