Introduction: Diy No-Sew Pompom Carpet
Hello Friends!
Today I will be making a no sew pompom carpet! Its very simple and it took me about 30 minutes to an hour!
You could use thick yarn, which makes the process a WHOLE lot easier, or you could use a thin type of yarn like i did today to make it look like its made of strings of yarn, not pompoms, which also looks cool.
Lets get STARTED!!

Lets get STARTED!!
Step 1: Gather All Your Materials
Things you will need:
• 2-3 balls of yarn (4 if you want to make it using thin yarn)
• scissors
• and a non-slip rug canvas

• and a non-slip rug canvas
Step 2: Making a Non Slip Rug Canvas
So, you are those type of people who just crave making something by hand, yet when you enter your room, you find NOTHING useful for crafting. Don't worry, i've got you covered. Using the glue gun!
• First, determine how big you want your rug to be
I didn't have enough time to go shopping for yarn because, lets face it, some of us are on budgets and don't have the money for super-fancy yarn. So i decided to make a small rug big enough to make a trendy bedside table mat, it looks so cute and the best part is its free!
So I measured my bedside table, then got out my glue gun.
• Then use your glue gun to cover your bedside table, not entirely though.
Cover your bedside table with plastic bag
Then use your glue gun to make squiggly lines all over the plastic bag, be sure to put a bit of oil on the plastic bag first!

Step 3: Then the Pompoms!
Start by spinning yarn on your four fingers as shown in the image, then, cut a piece of yarn long enough to tie the middle of the pompom together, then cut the edges, this simple procedure is then repeated to create enough pompoms to cover the desired length of carpet/mat.
Step 4: Either Sew/Glue
Next step is simple, either glue the pompoms on the canvas or sew them in, i tied the pompoms together before gluing then just to ensure that they are properly placed. I hope you liked this tutorial and i hope you vote, like and comment! Love you all!
