Introduction: Paper Punch Keychain
In this instrutable I will show you how to make these simple keychain. You can use any shape of paper punch that you have at home to make this keychain.
Step 1: Materials:
You will need :
- A paper punch
- Different colors of paper (these can be small scraps as well)
- Small circles of thick paper for the base in the size of your preference
- Glue
- Waterproof glaze to seal your piece
Step 2: Step 1:
Use the paper punch to punch the desired number of designs.
Step 3: Step 2:
Color your background.
Step 4: Step 3:
Glue on the designs.
Step 5: Step 4:
Seal with a water proof glaze once it dries and poke a hole. Do not poke a hole before glazing! I learnt that the hard way ; )
Step 6: All Done!

in your second picture, it looks like you have a bottle of nail polish. Can you use nail polish as your water proof glaze?

The nail polish bottle was actually an empty one I filled with glue for ease of spreading the glue. Otherwise I think we have all been through the struggle of cleaning gluey brushes. :)
As for using nail polish to seal the pendants I haven't tried it but give it a shot and tell me how it works out.

I finally had a chance to try nail polish on paper. I put 3 coats of clear on a piece of paper. It did not distort the colors or smear the ink. It dried with a glossy finish which is water-repellent. The plateaus still flexible which will work well for what I am doing. I know it was not your intent to suggest nail polish in your posting but it worked out well for me. Aren't happy accidents wonderful! Thanks

that is a good idea to use an empty nail polish for glue.
