supplies:

index card (4x6 will do)
scissors

STEP 1: Prep Part 2:

before the show cut a slit down the middle 1/4 in. from each end with the scissors.

STEP 2: The Show

show time!
next fold along the slit.
then cut on each end of the slit on the side the slit is on all the way to 1/4 in. away from opposite side.
cut in the same manor 1/2 in. away from the other cuts.
next, in the same manor, cut between the previous cuts on the side without the slit from "prep part 2". of course, do this with the scissors. look at the pic to get the thousand words you really need.(more detail)

STEP 3: Suprise!!!

open it up in to a giant loop,
and step right on though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean up your language. First of all the title is spelled wrong. its Impossible. "exalant quality scissors" should be excellent, that would really make it excellent. and there are many others throughout the instructable. At least you do use apostrophes when you do abbreviate! (just try to not have to use them in the first place)
