You will need:
- Coaster mold

- Resin - I used Easy Cast

- Envirotex Lite would work too! For more info on either, go to www.eti-usa.com

- Black, red and white acrylic paint

- 2 Googly eyes

- Resin pigments - or something to color your resin

STEP 1:

1. It's best to watch the video to see how it all came together.

Prepare your resin, according to the package directions. Make enough to cover the bottom of the mold.

STEP 2:

2. Color as you like. I mixed pearl pigment dye, a couple drops of white and two drops of blue. Experiment until you get the color you want.

STEP 3:

3. Pour into mold and let it cure.

STEP 4:

4. Use a pen or pencil to draw and outline of Dracula's hair.

STEP 5:

5. Using black acrylic paint, paint the hair, the eyebrows, a frown, and the nose. The hair and eyebrows will take at least two coats. Allow to dry.

STEP 6:

6. Glue the eyes into place. I used a fast drying super glue.

STEP 7:

7. Using white acrylic paint, paint the fangs.

STEP 8:

8. Using red acrylic paint, paint a drop of blood.

STEP 9:

9. Allow everything to dry!

STEP 10:

10. Prepare more resin and pour over everything.

STEP 11:

11. Allow to cure.

That's it!

This is cool!

You've got some great projects! They would get a lot more traction on this site if you posted the written directions here, rather than link outward (should you ever feel so inclined to do so!) Just a tip! :)

Photos in each step would also be nice. Or even screen-grabs.

(I'm slowly trying to lead you down the path to the format that gets items featured to the homepage . . . which is how to get a ton of views on this site and therefore, more potential click-throughs to your content. Without nailing the format, your stuff just never gets the attention it deserves on this site. ;)

Thanks for the tips. I didn't realize I could do a screen shot from the video. I updated all of them.

Nicely done! I know it takes more time, but if you post your great projects in this type of format (as a pictorial step-by-step how-to) along with your videos, you will ultimately get many more views.

No offense, but it looks more like Eddie Munster.

No offense taken, I thought the same thing and wondered if anyone else thought so too.
