so its a super simple thingy that you should be able to make in no time and the best part about it is that it just dangles arround perpetually in a super satisfying motion

Supplies

7 strings of equal length
8 colddrink bottle caps
3 used pen refills

Step 1: Strings and Caps

Use super glue and stick one end of the string to a bottle cap #( consider 2nd step)

Step 2: Divide and Rule

Group the bottle caps in 4 , 2 ,1, 1
That is 1 string should be connected to 4 caps ,
1 string should be connected to 2 caps ,
1 string should be connected to 1 cap and 1 string for the last cap

Step 3: Be Careful

Now take those single caps with 1 string for each and apply super glue at the other end
Then slide the string's in either ends of a used pen refill ( remove the nib) and ensure a nice grip

Step 4: Cautious

Now use the super glue to do the same thing as you did the before step but
With the 4 caps and 1 refill
And 2 caps with another refill

Step 5: Just There

Now use a string and super glue to attach the string at the centre of the 3 refills
Then connect the strings lose ends to the lose ends of the refills (4's & 2's)
