I appreciate your ingenuity, but why not just buy one of those miniature
motors from China for $5. With the miniature matching brass drill chuck and a
set of micro bits it will still cost you less than $20, and they are so
quiet you can drill all night next to a sleeping spouse. And they run
off just a few volts.

SORRY FOR LATE REPLY !!
I HAVE USED A GEAR ,WHICH IS USED AS COUPLER TO HOLD NARROW HAIR DYER SHAFT AND A drill chuck . NOTE THAT GEAR SHOULD BE DEEP ENOUGH TO INSERT DRILL chuck SHAFT ALONG WITH HAIR DYER SHAFT APPLY quick adhesive TO IT .
ADJUST BOTH SHAFT IN CONCENTRICALLY ,IF NOT THE WHOLE ASSEMBLEY WILL VIBRATE
