Si que lo puedes descargar, lo que debes de hacer es extraer el fichero .ino y luego renómbralo, por ejemplo, a prueba.ino y lo colocas dentro de una carpeta que se llame tambien prueba; verás como si que lo puedes abrir, es una cuestión de sintaxis del Arduino.
