A superior roach feed recipe. Enjoy!
STEP 1: Aquire Ingredients
The best recipe I have found is as follows:
1/4 c brown rice flour
1/4 c bleached wheat flour
1/4 c oatmeal flakes(ground)
1/4 c dried banana chips(ground)
2 Tbs fish flakes(ground)
1 Tbs soy protein powder
1 tsp powdered reptile calcium

I have found this mixture to be superior for roach health and explosive population growth. Your reptiles will go crazy over your tasty roaches.
Give your roaches a spoonfuls of this once. A day( or less for small colonies.)
And make sure to provide plenty of water via water crystals.

I thought this was going to be a roach killing recipe. I don't them. My cats take care of any that come into the house. I was looking for an idea to mix boric acid to kill ants. I have hundreds of thousands come in. They seem to attack the cats food and if anything is left on the counter, even the smallest crumb. I guess if you actually want roaches this is a nice ible. LOL

Interesting recipe :) So you feed this to roaches which are then later fed to reptiles?
