Step 1: Supplies

Supplies:

Duct Tape
Sciscors
Measuring Tape

Step 2:

Cut the duct tape the length you want it.

[I'm using about a 2 and a 1/2 foot piece of duct tape for this instructable.]

Step 3:

You can fold it in half or roll it up

Step 4:

Tie it
