E-Z Water Balloon Filler!

Intro: E-Z Water Balloon Filler!

This is my simple solution to filling water balloons. I made this because my parents got upset when I tried to make water balloons in the apartment. Enjoy!

STEP 1: Parts

You will need the following parts:

1. Empty 2 liter bottle

2. An 1 1/2 inch's wide strip of Duct Tape about 6 inch's long

3. Water balloon filler hose adaptor (You can usually find these in packs of water balloons)

4. Water balloons!

STEP 2: Duct Tape

Get you're Duct Tape and tear it in half so it is half as big.

STEP 3: Wrapping

Then wrap it around the threads of the bottle and tear off any excess Duct Tape.

STEP 4: Filling

Next, go to the sink and fill up the bottle 3/4 of the way full.

STEP 5: Finish!

Now that you have filled the bottle up just screw the water balloon filler hose adaptor to the top of the bottle.
