Introduction: EBQ Cooking Fork

this Instructables will teach you how to create a Cooking fork for your EBQ cooking grill or campstove. It uses house hold items including a wire coat hanger, pliers, wire cutters, a file and a hot flame.

Step 1: Gathering Materials

Materials:
*wire coat hanger
*Pliers
*Wire cutters
*File

Then Cut the top of the coat hanger and you can discard the rest or save it for another project.

Step 2: Shaping the Fork Handle

Pretty self explanitory, just follow the pictures.

Step 3: The Fork Head

Step 4: Finishing Up

Heat the head of the fork over a hot flame to burn the enamel off. keep the enamel on the handle though because it insulates. keep heating the head and dipping it in cold water to harden the metal.

Step 5: Finishing Touches

wash the head of the fork and scrub it with an abrasive to clean it before you touch food with it and sharpen the prongs with the file.
