Introduction: Easy & Cheap Storage Using Gift Bags

After gift buying season, my family would always have a ton of gift bags leftover. I decided to put them to some extra use. This Instructable will show you how to easily use leftover gift bags to save some space in your room/work space. If you enjoy this Instructable like it and vote for it in the contests! ◕ ◡ ◕

Step 1: Tools & Materials Needed

For this cheap storage system (NOT calling it a life hack ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)), the only things you will need are:

  • Gift Bags
  • Either a cork/bulletin board or a surface you don't mind sticking things to
  • Duct tape/Tape that will last (or Push Pins if you are using a cork board)

That's it! (^̮^)

Step 2: Attach Gift Bags to Your Surface

For this step, you will attach the bags differently depending on what surface you are using. If you are using a cork board, use push pins to attach the gift bags by their back handles. If you are using something else (I used my closet door), attach the back handles of the gift bags using tape (Make sure you use a tape that will last long).

Step 3: Decorate and Enjoy!

Decorating is always optional, but I think it looks more artistic, creative, and better than the plain, undecorated version.
