Easy Crochet Doughnut

Cute little crocheted doughnuts for pin cushions or play food!!! Takes around 30-35 minutes to make


Abbreviations

Ch~Chain
Sc~Single Crochet

Step 1: Supplies

~Scissors
~Beige Yarn
~White Yarn (color of frosting)
~Yarn Needles
~I/9-5.50mm Crochet Hook
~Yarn for sprinkles

Step 2: Dough

Row 1: ch 16 then join into the first ch (to form a circle) sc 15 into the circle then join
Row 2-3: ch 1, sc 1 until the end then join
Row 4: ch 1, sc 2, sc 1, sc 1, sc 2 repeat until you reach the end
Row 5: ch 1, sc 2, sc 1, sc 1, sc 1, sc 2 repeat until you reach the end
Row 6: ch 1, sc 1 until the end

Finish off with a long tail

Step 3: Frosting

Row 1: ch 16 then join into the first ch (to form a circle) sc 15 into the circle then join
Row 2-3: ch 1, sc 1 until the end then join
Row 4: ch 1, sc 2, sc 1, sc 1, sc 2 repeat until you reach the end
Row 5: ch 1, sc 2, sc 1, sc 1, sc 1, sc 2 repeat until you reach the end
Row 6: ch 1, sc 1 until the end

Finish

Step 4: Sewing

Take your stuffing and twist it then sew the frosting and the dough together and stuff at the same time. Finally add sprinkles by sewing them on

Step 5: Done!!
