Step 1: Prep
The first step is set up,pan,egg cooking spray ,table spoon of water and a lid
Step 2: Adding Egg
After heating and spraying pan add your egg/eggs and let cook until the bottom turns white
Step 3: Adding Water and Lid
When the bottom turns white add tablespoon of water and place lid on top,let cook until you get the yellow as hard or soft as you like.
Step 4: Season and Serve
Add season to taste and enjoy.
