Easy Jane Skellington

Using blanket batting, cotton fabric, tulle, hot glue, glitter, and a headband I made a dashing tiny top hat.  I made a tutu with glitter tulle and elastic and cut out a sparkly bow-tie with sparkle organza.  The rest I put together with items I had: striped tights, a corseted lace top from Hot Topic, leather boots, and a black blazer.  And lastly, using black and white eyeshadows and black liquid eye liner, I painted my face to look like Jack Skellington from Nightmare before Christmas :)
