**Full disclosure, I am not a medical professional, if you are allergic to lemon, honey, or Echinacea please don't drink this. This all-natural drink makes me feel better, but may not have the same effect for you.

Step 1: The Lemon

First heat up a mug of water. Make the water as hot as you like. Squeeze the juice from half of a lemon into the water. If you want more of a lemon taste use the other half as well. Lemons are high in vitamin C. Adding fresh lemon to hot water with honey can help reduce phlegm when you have a cold.

Step 2: Echinacea

Now break open the capsule of Echinacea and pour it into the water. Echinacea has been identified as having helpful properties like antioxidant, antiviral, and immune-strengthening.

Step 3: Honey

Now just add some honey for sweetness and stir. Honey won't cure a cold but it has been known to help with common cold symptoms. It can help with coughs and is soothing when put in warm drinks, for sore throats.

Once the honey is stirred in, drink away. Enjoy! And feel better!
