Introduction: Easy Strawberry Banana Smoothie

I have been searching for the healthiest and most delicious tasting smoothie for a while and I think I finally found it. This recipe is easy to make and involves very little ingredients. This is a family friendly recipe which means that everyone in the house can enjoy this delicious snack!

Step 1: Gather Materials and Ingredients

For the materials you will need: A blender, cups, measurements, a spoon, a knife, a cutting board, strainer

For the ingredients you will need: 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 1 cup milk, and 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 cup Ice

Step 2: Wash and Cut Fruit

Wash Strawberries in a strainer and place Banana and strawberries on cutting board and cut them up into pieces using the knife. Set aside for later.

Step 3: Add Milk and Sugar to Blender

Add 1 cup milk, 1 cup ice, and 1 teaspoon sugar in blender and stir

Step 4: Add Fruit in Blender

Add cut fruit inside blender and stir a little

Step 5: Blend for 1 Minute

Blend all together for about 1 minute or until it turns into a light pink liquid

Step 6: Pour and Enjoy
