Introduction: Easy Does It Hair-clips!
If you are a jewelry-maker or a decorator, you always have a bunch of leftover beads and flowers lying around. I have a lot of these too. So the best way to clean up these things is to make simple gifts that you can distribute among your cousins and neighbourhood kids. Here I have used some cute beads, handmade flowers and some plastic ornaments on hairclips, pasting with glue. Its a must-try!

I also am interested in what glue you used. I have tried hot glue and it just falls off. I have tried hot glue to glue on flat back resins to flowers and they don't stick either.

You could try sanding/fling the surfaces your going to glue(back of bead and spot on pin to glue) so the glue has more surface to grip on.

Hmm, we have UHU here which most of us use for things like these, but sometimes I am not happy with it, so I go with Super Glue. I dont think we have same brands here as you have. But super glue works perfectly although we have to use it carefully.

I would LOVE to know what you are using for glue! I have tried making hand-decorated hair clips for my daughters before, and so far have had bad luck getting the decorations to stay on. Hot glue and gorilla glue both lose their "stick". Any suggestions? Epoxy maybe?
