Introduction: Egg Breakfast Cake

For in the morning or with lunch a nice egg cake you can make upfront.

It a lot of fun to make with the kids and they love making and eating it.

Cold or warm just how you like it.


  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tablespoon milk
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 union
  • 1 paprika
  • 1/2 cup cheese

Step 1: Pan Ingredienst

Slice and chop everything in nice little pieces.

Put some oil in a pan en let it warm up.

Place paprika, onion, mushrooms and bacon in the pan on high leave it for few minutes to put all with ingredients in a bowl with the cheese.

Step 2: Mix

Mix all ingredients in the pan together till the bacon is as you prefer.
Let it cool down a bit.

Step 3: Mix Some More

Once the cooked ingredients are cooled down a bit mix them together with the cheese and wet ingredients.

Step 4: Baking Pan

Oil a cake pan and place some parchment in it to make it easier to remove the cake when its finished.

Step 5: Into the Oven

Put your mixture into the pan and place in the preheated oven on 180degrees Celsius for about 30min.

Check if the cake doesn't have wet inside it anymore when the time is up otherwise left it in the oven for some longer.

Step 6: It's Ready

Remove from oven and slice it or let it cool down.

Have a nice meal.
