Cutting Board

Chef's Knife

Large bowl ( I used 4-5 small bowls to keep the ingredients separate so my demonstration would be clear.)

Whisk or Spatula

Measuring Cups

3 ½ cups flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

3 cups peeled, finely chopped apples

2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup vegetable oil

Step 1: Preheat the Oven to 350. Grease and Flour the Pan Using Desired Amount of Crisco and Flour.

Step 2: Measure 3 1/2 Cups of Flour and in a Seperate Bowl 2 Cups Sugar.

Step 3: Combine Teaspoon Vanilla and 1 Cup of Oil in a Small Bowl

Step 4: In a Seperate Bowl Combine a Teaspoon of Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Salt.

Step 5: Peel 3 Apples (1 Apple = 1 Cup!!) and Finely Chop the Apples.

Step 6: Mix All the Ingredients Together With a Whisk or Spatula. ( Apples, Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, Oil & Vanilla)

Sometimes It helps to mix Ingredients when you push the mixture to the bowl and pour the liquids in the center of the mixture. This helps speed the process of mixing in most cases.

Step 7: the Mixture Should Look Identical to the Image of the Mixture Below

Consistency should be thick.

Step 8: Fill Your Muffin Tin With the Batter. (The Batter Filling 1/2- 2/3 of the Space Available) Place in Preheated Oven at 350 Degrees for 30-32 Minutes.

In the next step when you remove the muffins from the muffin tin. Use a knife around the muffin to ease it out of the tin.

Step 9: Muffin Tops Should Be a Light Golden Brown, If They Are, Place Muffins on a Cooling Rack for 7 -10 Minutes! Bite in & Enjoy!!!!!!
