Introduction: Eggless Muffins
My family members are purely vegetarian. they don't eat eggs.
so usually i make eggless muffins
sharing this recipe for my vegetarian friends
for making them we need
1 and 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup curd
3/4 cup sugar (1cup for those who like them more sweet like me)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/4 tsp baking powder
vanilla essence
1/2 cup oil
choco chips/ chopped walnuts (optional)

Step 1:
Mix curd and sugar together
mix until sugar dissolves.
if you want you can keep the mixture for 5 mins, this will help in dissolving sugar

Step 2:
Add baking soda and baking powder to the mixture
mix well
keep mixture as it is for 5-10 mins

Step 3:
add vanilla essence and oil
Step 4:
add flour slowly slowly.
beat/whisk it
you may add choco chips/chopped walnuts and give it a quick mix (optional)

Step 5:
pour the batter in silicon moulds
no greasing is required for silicon moulds
you may sprinkle choco chips/walnuts on the top of muffins

Step 6:
bake them for 20-25 mins on preheated oven on 180 degrees
after baking remove muffins
check whether they are properly baked
you can insert a toothpick to check they are properly baked
put them on cooling rack
your muffins are ready
