Egyptian Brioche

Intro: Egyptian Brioche

500 grams flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup warm milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 small eggs

STEP 1:

Add all ingredient together in the mixer and mix them 5 min

STEP 2:

To become sticky and chewy like the picture

STEP 3:

Put the dough in floury bowl

STEP 4:

Cover the bowl by a plastic foil and put the bowl in a warm place

STEP 5:

After the dough becomes double in size mix it again

STEP 6:

And then bring the dough back to the bowl again

STEP 7:

Cover it and put it in a warm place again

STEP 8:

To double in size

STEP 9:

And begin to form a dough

STEP 10:

After finished all shapes cover them and leave them to double in size

STEP 14:

Add the vanilla to one egg and mix well

STEP 16:

Brush the dough by the egg and vanilla

STEP 17:

Add some sugar over the dough

STEP 18:

Put it in the medium heat oven

STEP 19:

STEP 20:

Serve it hot

@ Omnomnivore3 : Heat depends on the type of oven you are using . My oven temperature from 1 to 8 so medium heat is 4 for my oven . About 15 min or when becomes brown
When you say medium heat oven, how hot and how long?
Those look delicious inside and out! And I just love anything drizzled in sugar :D
