In the electronics industry sometimes is necessary
to test a small quantity of prototype boards.
I made this jig as electronic board functionality tester.
The top plate composed of black delrin sheet, 6mm thickness.
The delrin was used as insulation plate for an electronic board.
The surface was done according to the tested board.
The bottom part is aluminum enclosure, that including
connectors, wires, comm adapters and providing of fixity for the tester.
The shapes of all parts were drawn in Dr.Engrave S/W (provided by Roland).
The milling work was performed on Roland EGX-350 CNC machine.
