This is fairly simple to meet the brides requests but you could make it as intricate as you like or add beads or crystals or whatever. This is more of a how to jumping off point that you can personalize for your own taste.

Step 1: Gather Supplies

As time was short i went to Michaels and bought a veil for under $15 with the ribbon edging already on it.

Veil
Embroidery Thread your choice of color ( i used white)
Embroidery Needle
Water Soluble Stabilizer ( i found it at JoAnn Fabric)
Embroidery Hoop
Beads or Crystals Optional

Step 2: Create Your Design

I copied the flower shape of that on the dress so they would match.

Draw your pattern on the stabilizer. i used a black sharpie and it worked but i was very nervous about the ink bleeding so i would recommend a lighter ink color or pencil if you can see it)

Step 3: Get Ready to Embroider

Place the stabilizer behind the Tulle at the location for your desired embroidery. Stretch both the Tulle and Stabilizer across and on top of the smaller inside embroidery hoop, place the larger hoop over the top. Slide the outer hoop down so the material is stretched tight between the two hoops. Tighten the screw on the side of the outer hoop to keep it all tight and in place.

Step 4: Embroider Your Heart Out

Embroider your pattern ( you can add beads etc. to the design here if you like).I used a simple chain stitch There is already and instructable covering how to Embroider https://www.instructables.com/id/Embroidery-101/ as well as countless other sites so i won't go into detail here

Step 5: Remove Stabilizer

When it is finished cut away excess stabilizer and follow the instructions on the stabilizer. The kind i used required a short immersion in warm water with slight agitation, then hang to dry. I just draped it over a chair back.
