Hello everybody! This is my first inscrutable and I'm pretty excited. The title may be a little misleading but technically it is true so I hope you can follow along easily as I may explain it badly.

Step 1: Enable Developer Settings

Now I am on a Samsung Galaxy S III running Android 4.3 jelly bean so this may not work for your version. Go to settings > more > about device and then once your there scroll down to build number and tap in rapidly until it says developer setting enabled.

Step 2: Open Developer Settings

You will now be able to find developer settings in settings > more > developer setting and turn it on with the little switch at the top. Go to the window animation scale and select it and put it to 0.5 as well as the other 2 scales below.

Step 3: Enjoy Your New Speedy Phone

Now you might have realized that it is just speeding up the animation of opening apps and speeding up other animations, but In the long run it does make a difference. Thanks for reading my first inscrutable and have a nice day!
