These are instructions to re-enable Flash in Google Chrome

STEP 1: Click on the Menu Button and Select "Settings"

STEP 2: Click "Show Advanced Settings"

STEP 3: Scroll Down and Select "Content Settings"

STEP 4: Scroll Down to Flash Settings

STEP 5: Select the "Allow Sites to Run Flash" Button

STEP 6: Select "Done"

STEP 7: Close Chrome and Reopen

If you continue to have Flash issues, first try restarting your computer.
