Introduction: Energizing Mix Breakfast
This is a pleasant breakfast, for a new beautiful day!
Step 1: List of Ingredients
- Grinded buckwheat seeds = 3 spoons;
- Flax seeds = 1 spoon (or Chia seeds = 1 tea spoon);
- Goji berries = 1 spoon
- Sunflower seeds = 1 spoon
- Pumpkin seeds = 1 spoon
- Walnuts = 2, in small pieces
- a bio drink = 200ml (6.76 fl. Oz.)
Buckwheat drink / Rice drink / Almond drink / Quinoa drink/ …
or whatever is your healthy drink!

Step 2: Preparation
Put in one bowl all the ingredients to soften during the
night. (min. 7 hours). Mix them a little bit to homogenize.
In the morning, the mixture is ready to be consumed.
It’s very nourishing, so, you don’t need anything else for at least 4 hours.
Maybe is not so good looking, but it is good!
You can add a teaspoon of honey, if you need the mix to be sweeter, (but only when you eat it!)
