Introduction: English Breakfast Pie
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not enjoy it?everyone enjoys a good English breakfast, and it's even better in a pie. This is an easy alternative way to make the most out of your breakfast, and the best part- you can enjoy it as lunch and dinner too! This pie is no hassle and has no excess or unwanted extras, and will leave you with less washing up today at the end of the day. Hope you enjoy!
Step 1: Rub In
Rub in the 100 grams of butter to 200grams of flour and a pinch of salt until it resembles crumbs.
Step 2: Dough
Add a few tea spoons of water and keep adding until a dough is formed. Roll out to around half a centre metre thickness and place in pan. Don't forget to poke a few holes in the dough when in the pan ( with a fork) to prevent over puffing.
Step 3: The Insides
No pie is complete without a filling! Arrange four sausages in a diamond shape ( or two sausages cut in half, depending on the size) . Line the inner rim of the pan with bacon and fill the space between the bacon and the sausages with hash browns ( whole or cut up ). Then, carefully crack the egg inside the sausage diamond .
Step 4: Bake
You can add extra decoration on the pie crust and customise the look of the pie. When cut there are no spillages .
Hope you enjoy

This is an awesome idea.... I will have to make one for my husband... but I think I'll also add mushrooms and tomatoes.... and if I am feeling particularly nice, even a few hashbites. :D

This sounds great. How about adding tomatoes, baked beans, black pudding, fried bread and mushrooms. With brown sauce on top.
Now there's a full english.
