Introduction: Eraser Pouch.

So today I am going to show you how to do a home made pencil pouch! It's fun to do, and best part of all, it's cute and you can do it in a second. Well, more like five minutes. So let's get into it!

Step 1: Step 1: Materials.

The materials you will need for this project are-
Scissors
Thread
A needle
Clothespins. (Optional)
A ruler
And the fabric of your choice. I went with a sturdy fabric that if is pretty thick and strong.
A button of your choice.

Step 2: Step 2: Starting Off.

Okay so once you've gathered all your materials, you go to mark how big you want your pouch to be. So I made mine 12 by 3. So with your clothespin, just mark how big you want it to be, and you can clip it on. Or you can mark it with a pen or pencil.

Step 3: Step 3: Cutting

So now simply cut from the markings you made.

Step 4: Step 4: Sow It Down

Once you have cut the right length of the pouch for you, you have to sow. To do this, you've got to fold the bottom of the cut fabric and bring it about 1/3 of the way up. And sow the sides of the 2 layers together. Be careful. Make sure it is as close to the sides as possible.

Step 5: Step 5: Buttons

Now, with the button of your choice, you need to sow it down to the bottom flap. To do this, lower the top flap to the bottom and put your finger in the same middle of the top flap. Raise it up while keeping your finger in the same place and put the button underneath your finger and sow it down.
Then measure the position of your bottom and make a slit in the same place on the top flap so that the button fits and seals your pouch.
And you are done, waalah!
