Introduction: Everyday Makeup Tutorial
This is a short makeup tutorial for everyday wear.
You can use your own preferred makeup. I used makeup that I already had (no need to buy anything special).
You will need:
- Foundation Primer
- BB Cream
- Eyeshadow Primer
- Liquid, gel or pencil eye liner (any one will be fine, I used the pencil and liquid liner)
- Highlighter eyeliner
- Eye shadow (I used Naked 3 from Sephora)
- Mascara
- Lip balm
- Lip liner, Lip stick, or lip gloss (which ever you prefer)
- High Definition Powder
- And Makeup Setting Spray
Step 1: Foundation
First, put a small drop of foundation primer into the center of your hand. Then add another small drop of BB cream.
Step 2: Base for Your Face
Mix them together with an applicator brush. Apply to forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin
Step 3: Eyeshadow Primer
Apply a small drop of eyeshadow primer to the tip of your finger. Then apply it to the top lid of each eye. (This helps eyeshadow colors more vibrant and they last much longer!!)
Step 4: Eyeliner
First, apply the pencil liner to your top lid by gently lifting the edge of your eye with your finger.
Next, apply a coat of the liquid eyeliner on top of the pencil line for a more solid effect.
Step 5: Highlighter (eyes)
Using the highlighter pencil, line the bottom of your eye. Highlighter liner makes your eyes pop!!
Step 6: Eyeshadow
Using your preferred eyeshadow (I like more natural and nude tones), apply a coat to your eyelid using an eyeshadow applicator.
Step 7: Mascara
Add a coat of mascara to your eyelashes, swooping the brush upwards on the under side of your lashes and then gently to the tops of the lashes.
Step 8: Lips, Lips, Lips
I always us lip balm somewhere in my routine. Here I used it as a base before I applied some lip color (pencil or lipstick is fine) and then some lip gloss.
Step 9: Highlighter (face)
Apply an even coat of highlighter powder to your forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin.
Step 10: High Definition Powder and Setting Spray
Evenly distribute high definition powder all around your face using the small powder puff usually provided with the powder.
Then, using makeup setting spray, hold the bottle about a few inches (about 3-5) from your face and spray both sides and the front (this helps your makeup lasts longer!).
Step 11: Finished!!
You're done!!
Now go choose an outfit and hairstyle and you're ready for the day!!!
