Introduction: Extreme Tinfoil Battle Sword

This Is a project that is really and could use cool exotic features like lighting on the sword to make it jazzier. This project was really fun. Thank you for letting me get the inspiration from the "Tin Foil Challenge." Able to cut a tomato link for the video at the very bottom.

Step 1: Tinfoil Folding

So, the first step to this extreme Tinfoil Battle Sword is to take out your tinfoil and measure like a foot and a half of tinfoil. Then you going to want to wrap that tinfoil back and forth so it stacks on itself. Make sure to get all the air out before finishing. Do that like 30 times. Once you finish cut the tinfoil off and fold it 3 times into 3rds and stack it. Then you rap some extra tin foil around it to give it a shine and strength boost. In the end, it should be a straight line of tin foil that is pretty durable. This might take a lot of time and effort so prepare for the work.

Step 2:

Next, use a mallet or hammer to compress the Tinfoil and make it sturdy. But leave an area for your handle and hammer it on the thin edge till it's compressed inwards to make a handle. Then, use a blow torch(With Adult Super Vision) and the hammer to both compress and compact the sword. Do this until it is pretty thin or really durable. Then cut out a little part for your sharp sword edge with some metal cutters, some pliers, or a saw. Do this until you like the way your sword is shaped. It may be hard to ask for some extra help to hold still. Next, you can add tape for a cool effect and make the handle sturdy. You could also use a knife sharpener to sharpen the tin foil sword a little.
