What do you use for cutting foam? Knife, scissor or ...

BLADE ?

How do you feel when using them ? With me, terrible ==!

To save the tiny foams and to be comfortable, my team made an idea about FOAM CUTTING MACHINE

I feel very cool about this and it make my house much more tidy by fresh cut !

Why don’t you make one ? It’s really simple XD. Materials are also cheap !

Step 1: PREPARATION

(1x) Thermal resistance wire (recyclable/reusable)

(1x) Screwdriver

(2x) Screws (recyclable/reusable)

(1x) Computer’s power source (recyclable/reusable)

(1x) Woodboard (recyclable/reusable)

Step 2: MAKING PROGRESS

1. Measure wire length

Turn power on

Temperature scanning

2. Set up the machine

Screw on

Coil the wire tightly around 2 screws

Stretch the wire

Clamp electrode to 2 screws

3. Power on and try to cut some foam XD
