Introduction: FULLY LOADED CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS (SUPER BOWL RECIPE)

Step 1: BEEF PATTY

500g Ground Beef

1tsp Salt

1tsp Ground Black Pepper

1 & 1/2tsp Paprika

1tsp Mustard Powder

1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

4tsp Worcestershire Sauce

3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

1 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped)

Begin by mixing all the ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. Press the minced beef into the base of a 30 x 22cm baking dish and bake at 180 degrees C / 356 degrees F for 20 minutes. Once cooked, remove the beef patty from the baking dish a drain the fat.

Step 2: ROLLS, VEGGIES, CONDIMENTS & SAUCES

9 White Rolls

Sesame Seeds (Optional)

Yellow Mustard

Tomato Relish

Mayonnaise

1 Medium Onion (Finely Chopped & Fried)

Mature Cheddar Cheese Slices

Gherkins

Tomatoes (Sliced)

Iceberg Lettuce (Finely Chopped)

Cut the white rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking dish. Drizzle the mustard and relish over the bottom rolls and add the onions. Place the beef patty on top, followed by the cheese slices and gherkins. On a separate baking tray, brush the top half of the rolls with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake both halves of the sliders for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C / 356 degrees F. Finish by adding the tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise and placing the top half of the rolls on top.
