Ashley calls this loop strong, secure and easy to remember.

Use in many applications - lanyard, zipper pull. key ring fob., etc.

It is ABOK 1054.

Step 1:

Wrap your cord around a mandrel three times. I usually use the palm of my hand.

Step 2:

Shift the middle turn over to the right.

Step 3:

Shift the new middle turn to the left.

Step 4:

Shift the new middle turn to the right.

Step 5:

Grab the new middle turn and pull up.
