Form the roving into a rough and wispy ball. Do not squeeze though!

Step 4: A Bit of Water

Splash a little of water onto the ball... lightly though.

Step 5: Start Rolling

STEP 5
Start rolling the ball between your hands VERY GENTLY while adding a little bit of water every so often and little squirts of soap in your palm (not to much though) until it starts to condense and get a little bit harder.

Keep rolling until its about this size and fairly tough.

Step 7: Repeat That Process

STEP 7
Keep doing this until you have 6-7 balls.

Step 8: Wash and Dry

STEP 8
Wash the soap out of the felt balls and set out to dry.

Step 9: For the Bracelet

Step 9
You can make another project with your felted balls of make them into this bracelet.

For the bracelet you will need: • your felted balls
                                                       • a needle
•a string of elastic that fits around your wrist plus an inch or two
                                                       • spacer beads (buttons look cool too!)

Step 10: Making the Bracelet

STEP 10
Thread your needle and tie a knot at the other end. Then, stick it through the ball and pull it tight. Put your spacer bead/button on next.

Step 11: Continue and Tie

STEP 11
Repeat this process until you reach the desired length or run out of beads. Then... tie the two ends together and you're DONE!
