A Fidget Spinner Wallet that uses (8) US quarters as perimeter weights and holds up to (4) pieces of paper currency. When rotated 90 degrees the two halves form a quad spinner with (2) quarters held in each arm. See separate Instructable, "Spinner Wallet" for more details.
