Introduction: Filet Mignon With Red Wine Reduction! O M G!

I had bought an entire tenderloin and had some steaks leftover, so I thought I'd try something different with it. I also had half a bottle of red wine, some sweet peppers and garlic so naturally they all found one another in my cast iron skillet! As well I had some leftover boiled red potatoes so I mashed them up and served the filet on top of them and poured my red wine reduction over the top. AMAZING!

What You'll Need:

Filet Mignon (beef tenderloin)

red wine

1 tablespoon worcester sauce

1 teaspsoon dry mustard

2 garlic cloves

3 sweet peppers

sea salt


1 bay leaf

mashed potatoes
